In collaboration with the National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO), the Bono East Regional Coordinating Council, on behalf of H.E. John Dramani Mahama, has extended relief support to communities affected by a heavy rainstorm in March.
The intervention targeted residents of Nframa in the Sene West District who suffered significant losses due to the disaster. The support forms part of ongoing efforts to assist affected households in rebuilding their lives and restoring normalcy.
Relief items distributed included roofing sheets, mattresses, rice, cooking oil, plastic cups, basins, plastic covers, blankets, and other essential household supplies to meet the immediate needs of victims.
Further appreciation was extended to the Member of Parliament for Sene West and the District Party Chairman for their additional contributions, which complemented the relief efforts and strengthened the support provided to the affected communities.

Special recognition was given to Mr. Acheampong Dea, popularly known as Billy Ocean, a native of Atebubu, and his wife based in the United States, for their generous donation of 100 bags of cement to support reconstruction efforts in Nframa.
Commendation was also directed to NADMO officials and all stakeholders for their prompt response, dedication, and commitment in delivering timely assistance to affected residents.
The initiative underscores the importance of collaboration, compassion, and collective action in responding to emergencies and supporting communities in times of need.
