Tribal Chiefs Engage Sene West DCE on District Development Priorities

Traditional leaders from the various tribal communities in the Sene West District have paid a courtesy call on the District Chief Executive (DCE), Hon. Khaari Fuseini, to discuss key developmental issues and strengthen collaboration for the progress of the district.

The meeting provided a platform for the chiefs and the District Chief Executive to exchange ideas on initiatives aimed at accelerating socio-economic development and improving the living conditions of residents across the district.

During the engagement, the chiefs highlighted the importance of continued investment in infrastructure, education, healthcare, sanitation, and other community development projects. They reaffirmed their commitment to supporting the Assembly’s development agenda and pledged their cooperation in mobilizing their communities to participate actively in development initiatives.

Hon. Khaari Fuseini expressed appreciation to the traditional leaders for the visit and commended their invaluable role in promoting peace, unity, and development within the district. He emphasized that traditional authorities remain critical partners in the implementation of government policies and development programmes.

The DCE further assured the chiefs of the Assembly’s commitment to working closely with traditional leaders and other stakeholders to address developmental challenges and improve service delivery across the district.
