The Sene West District Assembly has organized a capacity-building training for staff on the efficient use of the Smart Workplace platform to enhance productivity and improve service delivery. The training equipped participants with practical knowledge on navigating the Smart Workplace portal, managing emails through Microsoft Outlook, processing leave applications using the eLeave module, and logging support requests through the IT Help Desk system. The initiative forms part of the Assembly’s commitment to strengthening digital skills among staff and promoting the effective use of technology in public service delivery
