LEAP Program Completes 90th Cash Transfer Cycle with Increased Support for Beneficiaries

The Sene West District successfully completed the 90th LEAP cash transfer cycle from 19 to 23 August 2024, bringing essential financial support to beneficiaries across the district’s LEAP-designated communities. The Social Welfare Department, in collaboration with Amantin and Kasei Rural Bank, facilitated the disbursement, ensuring all eligible households received their transfers as scheduled.

With a 100% increase in transfer amounts for this cycle, the LEAP program continues to provide enhanced assistance to the district’s vulnerable population, reflecting the government’s commitment to addressing economic hardship among low-income families.
