Ghana Safety Net Sensitizes Sene West District Assembly on their Project

Ghana Safety Net, a social protection program, met with the management of the Sene West District Assembly to sensitize them about their project in the district. The meeting was attended by representatives from Ghana Safety Net and the Sene West District Assembly, including the District Chief Executive, Hon. John Nyarba, the District Coordinating Director, and heads of department/units.

During the meeting, Ghana Safety Net presented an overview of their program and explained how it provides financial support to vulnerable households in Ghana. They also discussed the eligibility criteria for the program and the application process.

The Sene West District Assembly expressed gratitude to Ghana Safety Net for considering the district and also to improve the delivery of social protection services. They discussed the possibility of identifying and registering eligible households and providing them with the necessary support to access the program.

Overall, the meeting was seen as a positive step towards improving social protection services in the Sene West District. The management of the District Assembly gained a better understanding of Ghana Safety Net’s program.
