The Sene West District hosted A two-day(October 2nd and 3rd, 2024) training program, designed to improve administrative data quality by equipping district officers with essential skills for effective data management.

Key officials, including Mr. Braimah Sakuru, the District Coordinating Director, participated, emphasizing cross-sector collaboration. The training focused on enhancing understanding of administrative data, improving its quality, and developing best practices for communication.

Participants provided positive feedback but suggested more hands-on exercises and resources for specific softwares.

 Challenges such as resistance to change and limited resources were noted.

Overall, the training laid a foundation for better governance and public service delivery, with future recommendations for practical exercises and ongoing leadership support.
