The Bono East Regional Coordinating Council (RCC) has undertaken a monitoring visit to the Sene West District Assembly as part of its second-quarter performance assessment and support activities.
The exercise was aimed at evaluating the Assembly’s performance during the quarter, reviewing the implementation of key programmes and projects, and assessing progress made towards achieving planned development targets.
During the visit, the RCC team engaged management and staff of the Assembly on various operational and administrative matters. The monitoring exercise also provided an opportunity for the Regional Coordinating Council to offer technical backstopping and guidance to strengthen the Assembly’s capacity in the discharge of its mandates.
The team reviewed administrative processes, examined performance indicators, and discussed strategies for improving service delivery, accountability, and effective implementation of government policies and programmes at the district level.
Officials of the RCC commended the Assembly for its efforts and encouraged staff to remain committed to enhancing efficiency, transparency, and responsiveness in service delivery. They further emphasized the importance of continuous monitoring, collaboration, and adherence to established administrative procedures to promote sustainable development.
